We recently bought a new vehicle from here and had a really good experience. We worked primarily with Devin Burnworth. Another family was there at the same time looking at the vehicle (used NV passenger- super hard vehicle to find!) that we were inquiring about. The person that serviced my car, cannot think of the name but I am sure you can pull up records, was extremely friendly. Really felt comfortable speaking with him and leaving my car in his hands while I ran errands. He told me the estimated wait time and it was just that so I planned according to it and worked out perfectly. Got a free wash and checked off something else from my list of to do's for Saturday. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

We recently purchased a new Pathfinder, and our salesman was very knowledgeable in explaining all the technology used in this vehicle. I think we were charged for floor mats and a couple more items that we were told were included in the price, we didn't realize it at the time of signing the paperwork...but live and learn I guess

My car was kept a few days longer than anticipated, since an overlooked switch had to be ordered/installed. The service tech, Zach, was kind, sympathetic to my needs and very accommodating, waiving my deductible fee for the part. The LEAF technician professionally evaluated & replaced my stereo/CD player and all is working after my completion of the login setup and car is properly communicating with my recently replaced TCU. The manager addressed an issue with my driver's seat cover to my satisfaction.

Great experience, however initial numbers offered on a vehicle that had been sitting since June 2019 were too high, not the advertised internet price, however once I showed them the price online, they honored it, no questions asked. Finance and sales went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me everything I need, even my salesperson was allowed to help me return my rental car. AAA experience. Will definitely return.
Bought a truck in January of 2020. Great price and great service. Told them what I wanted to pay and agreed quickly. After a week of having the truck I noticed a problem with one of my tires. They fixed it at no cost to me. Feels like a bought at the right dealership.
Cliff in the parts department is awesome..
